  • Provide pre-sales or post-sales assistance

  • Comply with legal and tax obligations related to any contractual requests

We do not use the data for marketing purposes or for profiling.

  • It is necessary to respond to a pre-contractual request from the user (art. 6.1.b GDPR)

  • In some cases, to comply with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR)

  • File a complaint with the supervisory authority (Guarantor for the protection of personal data)

9. Data transfer outside the EU

The data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In the future, the appropriate guarantees provided for by Articles 44 and following of the GDPR will be adopted.
